I am starting this blog to talk about jerky and it's healthy benefits for children &amp; adults. Let me say up front I am the CEO of a jerky production company in Texas, called Whittington's Jerky. <a href="http://www.whittingtonsjerky.com/">www.whittingtonsjerky.com</a> Our family has been making jerky for nearly 50 years and have seen just about everything, when it comes to jerky. <br />We have always carried products that were healthy. Our list of ingredients is only 5 items. That is the way jerky was suppose to be. <br />Two years ago we developed an All Natural jerky both in beef &amp; pork. We were so proud of it, we put pictures of our kids on the front of the package. No Hormones, No Antibiotics, no Glutens, No MSG, No Nitrite, just good flavor. When given a choice for a snack I hope that kids are offered a quality jerky like this.<br /><br />Anyway, I do get carried away when it comes to my company.
